By accessing the website, creating an account, placing an order or using any website feature, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund and Returns Policy.

Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.

3. Website Accounts

You may be able to place an order as a guest or through a registered customer account, depending on the options available at checkout.

You are responsible for:

Golden Aura perfumes are fragrance products, and individual scent perception may differ. The way a fragrance smells, projects and develops may be affected by:

  • Individual skin chemistry
  • Weather and humidity
  • Application method
  • Storage conditions
  • Personal fragrance sensitivity
  • The amount applied

Statements concerning longevity, including references to 8–12+ hours, describe the intended or typical fragrance experience and are not an identical-performance guarantee for every person or circumstance.

Product colours, packaging, labels or presentation may appear slightly different because of lighting, photography, screen settings or reasonable production updates. Any material difference affecting the product will be disclosed where required.

5. Fragrance Notes and Scent Descriptions

Fragrance-note pyramids describe the intended progression and character of a perfume. Notes may blend together, appear at different stages or be perceived differently by different customers.

Product names or descriptions may also refer to an overall scent impression created by a blend. For example, a fragrance may produce a jasmine-like, woody, vanilla or floral impression even where that exact word is not listed as an individual note in the official fragrance pyramid.

6. Prices and Taxes

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated.

The applicable product price, taxes, discounts and final payable amount will be displayed before the order is completed.

We may change product prices prospectively at any time. A price change will not ordinarily affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for.

If a price is displayed incorrectly because of an obvious technical, typographical or system error, we may contact the customer before accepting or fulfilling the order. The customer may then confirm the order at the correct price or receive a refund if payment has already been collected.

7. Offers, Discounts and Promotional Codes

Promotional offers, gifts and discount codes are subject to the conditions displayed with the relevant promotion, including any:

  • Minimum order value
  • Validity period
  • Eligible products
  • Usage limit
  • Customer eligibility condition
  • Stock or availability restriction

Unless specifically stated otherwise:

  • Only one promotional code may be applied to an order
  • Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to a completed order
  • Complimentary products are subject to availability
  • Offers may not be combined with another promotion

We may correct, suspend or withdraw a promotion where there is a genuine technical error, fraud, misuse or unauthorised manipulation. This will not affect an order that has already been validly accepted unless required to correct an obvious error or unlawful transaction.

8. Placing an Order

Before submitting an order, customers should review:

  • Final payable amount

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product or products.

An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received the order request. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

9. Order Refusal or Cancellation by Golden Aura Perfumes

We may decline, limit or cancel an order for reasonable grounds including:

  • An incorrect or unserviceable delivery address
  • An obvious pricing or product-information error
  • Unusually large quantities suggesting unauthorised resale
  • Misuse of a discount or promotion
  • Violation of these Terms & Conditions
  • A legal, regulatory or security requirement

Where we cancel a prepaid order after payment has been received, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method. The payment provider or bank may require additional time to reflect the amount after the refund is initiated.

10. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may be processed through third-party payment-service providers, including Cashfree Payments.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

  • You are authorised to use the selected payment method
  • The billing information supplied is accurate
  • The transaction is lawful and genuine

Payment processing may be subject to the payment provider’s own terms, privacy practices, banking procedures and security checks.

Golden Aura Perfumes does not ordinarily receive or store complete card numbers, CVV information, UPI PINs, online-banking passwords or similar confidential payment credentials.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and delivered according to our Shipping Policy.

Golden Aura Perfumes currently provides free standard shipping across India on perfume orders placed through the official website.

Orders are generally prepared for dispatch within 1–2 working days and are generally delivered within 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on courier operations, postcode serviceability and other relevant circumstances.

Delivery periods are estimates rather than guaranteed dates. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and an active telephone number.

12. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be affected by circumstances such as severe weather, natural events, public holidays, strikes, government restrictions, transport disruption, courier-network problems or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Where an order is delivered materially later than the stated delivery schedule for reasons other than circumstances beyond our reasonable control, the customer may contact us for an appropriate resolution under our Refund and Returns Policy and applicable consumer law.

13. Cancellation by the Customer

A customer may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting us promptly with the order number.

We will make reasonable efforts to process the cancellation, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered packing, courier processing or dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, the request will be handled according to our Refund and Returns Policy.

We do not impose an arbitrary cancellation penalty. Any legally permissible adjustment arising from exceptional circumstances will be communicated clearly before it is applied.

14. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.

Because perfume is a personal-use product, an opened, used or materially altered product is not normally eligible for return merely because:

  • The customer changed their mind
  • The fragrance was different from personal expectations
  • The customer did not prefer the scent
  • The fragrance developed differently on the customer’s skin

This restriction does not prevent a customer from raising a genuine claim where a product is:

  • Broken
  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Leaking
  • Tampered with
  • Incorrect
  • Missing from the order
  • Spurious or not genuine
  • Materially different from its description
  • Delivered materially later than the stated schedule for reasons not caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights under applicable Indian law.

15. Reporting a Broken, Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product

A customer who receives a broken, damaged, leaking, defective, tampered, incorrect or incomplete order should contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

The customer should provide:

  • Order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the outer parcel
  • Photographs of the shipping label
  • Photographs of the affected product
  • An unpacking video, where available

An unpacking video may assist verification but will not automatically be treated as the sole basis for accepting or rejecting a genuine claim.

16. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will ordinarily be initiated to the original payment method unless another lawful method is agreed with the customer.

The time required for a refund to appear may depend on the payment provider, bank, card issuer or UPI service.

Refunds will be processed according to the circumstances of the order, our Refund and Returns Policy and applicable consumer law.

17. Complimentary 2ml Discovery Card

A complimentary 2ml Discovery Card may be included with qualifying 50ml perfume orders.

Unless the website expressly provides a selection option, the complimentary fragrance may be selected by Golden Aura Perfumes and will be subject to stock availability.

A complimentary item:

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Cannot ordinarily be returned independently
  • May differ according to available stock
  • Should be reported within 48 hours if received damaged or missing

18. Product Use and Safety

Golden Aura perfumes are intended for external use only.

Customers should:

  • Avoid contact with eyes and sensitive or broken skin
  • Keep perfume away from children unless used under responsible adult supervision
  • Keep bottles away from open flames, sparks and excessive heat
  • Store perfume away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures
  • Follow instructions and warnings displayed on the packaging

Customers with known allergies, sensitivities or medical concerns should review available product information and obtain appropriate professional advice where necessary.

Discontinue use and seek appropriate medical guidance if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.

19. Reviews, Feedback and User Content

Where the website permits customers to submit reviews, comments, photographs or other content, the customer confirms that the submission:

  • Reflects a genuine experience
  • Is accurate to the best of their knowledge
  • Does not infringe another person’s rights
  • Does not contain unlawful, abusive or defamatory material

27. Events Beyond Reasonable Control

Golden Aura Perfumes will not be treated as being in breach where performance is prevented or materially delayed by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Severe weather
  • Fire or flooding
  • Strikes or transport disruption
  • Government restrictions
  • Public emergencies
  • Courier-network disruption
  • Internet, electricity or payment-network failure

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays and provide an appropriate resolution where required.

28. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Customers are encouraged to contact Golden Aura Perfumes first so that we can attempt to resolve the concern fairly and promptly.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it may be submitted to the competent court, consumer commission or other authority having jurisdiction under applicable law.

Nothing in these terms restricts a consumer from approaching the National Consumer Helpline, a consumer commission or another lawful redressal forum.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Changes will apply prospectively and will not unfairly alter the material terms of an order that has already been accepted.

31. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

32. No Waiver

A delay or failure by Golden Aura Perfumes to enforce a provision of these terms will not automatically constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
