How long does delivery take?
We usually dispatch orders within 24 hours. Delivery then takes about 3–5 working days across India. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates, and remote pincodes can take longer. Tracking details are sent to the email, phone or WhatsApp number you give at checkout.

What if my bottle arrives damaged, leaking or wrong?
Email contact@goldenauraperfumes.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the parcel, shipping label and product. An unboxing video helps but is not required. Please keep the bottle, box and packaging until the claim is resolved. If the claim is verified, we offer a replacement (subject to stock) or a refund, and we cover reasonable return shipping. Please do not send the bottle back until we give you written instructions.
Can I return a perfume if I do not like the scent?
