Refund and Returns Policy

Welcome to Golden Aura Perfumes. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we strive to provide a premium shopping experience with every order. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of perfumes and fragrance products, we maintain a transparent and fair Refund & Return Policy.

 

Return Eligibility: Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, leaking, defective, or if an incorrect item has been delivered. To be eligible for a return or replacement, the request must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery, and the product must remain unused with its original packaging, seal, and accessories intact.

 

Non-Returnable Products: For hygiene, safety, and authenticity reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged. Products with broken seals after delivery, partially used fragrances, or items purchased during clearance or special sale events are also non-returnable.

 

Refund Process: Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used during checkout. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or store credit.

 

Exchange Policy: Exchanges are only offered in cases where the customer receives a damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect product. All exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by our support team.

 

Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

 

Proof Required for Claims: To process any return, refund, or exchange request, customers may be required to share clear product photos, packaging images, invoice details, and an unboxing video. Claims without sufficient proof may not be eligible for approval.

 

Fragrance Preference Disclaimer: Perfume preferences are highly personal and subjective. Refunds or returns will not be accepted based on fragrance liking, scent expectations, or longevity preferences. Customers are encouraged to carefully review fragrance notes, descriptions, and product details before purchasing.

 

Limitation of Liability: Golden Aura Perfumes shall not be held responsible for allergic reactions, misuse of products, or dissatisfaction arising from personal fragrance preferences. Customers are advised to review ingredients and usage instructions before use.
